For my first batch of homemade granola, I wanted to go simple, but now that I know how easy it is, I have a feeling I'll be doing a lot more granola experimenting! Hope you have a fabulous week :-)EAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15007357495257661786noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5287299798491768678.post-44527656183372027252013-07-21T16:22:01.865-04:002013-07-21T16:22:01.865-04:00I grew up eating millet, and I swear at the time, ...I grew up eating millet, and I swear at the time, no one had a clue what it was. It's starting to gain traction, but still hasn't reached quinoa status. I've used millet a few times and like it, though I think I have a tendency to undercook it since it always winds up crunchy. I like a recipe where it's INTENDED to be like that - I can't go wrong!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5287299798491768678.post-13129434884363051652013-07-20T07:31:42.558-04:002013-07-20T07:31:42.558-04:00That does sound delicious. A vegan restaurant that we go to serves a delicious millet salad with dates and fennel that is out of this world. And don't worry - you're not the only one to go around with stuff in your teeth. Sometimes I look like I've flossed my teeth with leafy greens or mango strings :)

Have a great weekend!Jessiehttp://thehappinessinhealth.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5287299798491768678.post-10329205742689352962013-07-19T10:25:25.149-04:002013-07-19T10:25:25.149-04:00Mmm, that looks tasty.
