As for antioxidants, yes I take a supplement with ginger and turmeric in them and adore it (helps with aches and pains from running). I am not a multivitamin fan but found their were a lot of issues with this study (age of participants) and how it was communicated.Laurenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17713676282787688389noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5287299798491768678.post-6324254771937195072011-10-17T13:53:13.512-04:002011-10-17T13:53:13.512-04:00I would have never thought of this in a million ye...I would have never thought of this in a million years, so I'm glad you shared. I know you can't do garlic, but one of my easy faves is to take an Udi's gluten-free pizza crust and spread a little olive oil and minced garlic on top. Then I add lots of sliced tomatoes, a little cheese and bake. I add basil after I take it out of the oven {Baked basil =yuck!} Also a huge fan of mushrooms on pizza!EA-The Spicy RDhttp://www.eastewart.com/blognoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5287299798491768678.post-90156750451828362582011-10-17T07:07:07.924-04:002011-10-17T07:07:07.924-04:00Yum! I do take a multivitamin and fish oil, but I think the focus should be on getting a wide variety of nutrients from the food we eat. Vitamins and supplement are such big business.
