"Complete Bar" Giveaway!

I haven't hosted a giveaway on my blog for quite some time. I was going to wait until April, which is my two year "blog-iversary" but I was recently asked to make about twelve batches of my granola bars for an upcoming Columbus Dietetic Association meeting so I thought I could give some away as a blog giveaway!

Do you remember when I posted about my granola bars a while back? I asked you to help me come up with a name for my bars and while "Candid Bar" was the top choice, I decided to go with "Complete Bar".

  29. I look for bars that have high nutrient density, higher amount of both protein and fiber, healthy fats, definitely vegetarian ingredients, and nothing fake (i.e., whole/organic ingredients instead of chemicals or unrecognizable/processed ingredients.) And I don't really like coconut or chocolate. Whew! Yes - I am picky. So your bars look like they'd really hit the mark for me and I hope I get the chance to try them!! :)

  30. Do you think people want to try these bars? Well throw my name in the hat. Still cracks me up that bar now means snack versus place where you drink. Having said that, in a nutrition bar I look for calories below or around 200ish, some protein for satiety, not too much sugar and good ingredients.
