Top Five Ways I Keep My Heart Pumping!

If you've never tried Tempt Hemp milk (made by Living Harvest), you must (and I'm not just saying that because they sent me free coupons to try their product.) It's just so creamy, rich, and delicious. In fact, I sometimes use hemp oil for dressings and to marinate meats/poultry. I enjoy the unique flavor and of course the essential fatty acids are an added bonus.

I recently wrote a post for Living Harvest's blog, titled "Top Five Ways I Keep My Heart Pumping!". Go ahead and check it out if you're interested. I'd love you for it ;)

Happy American Heart Month to you!

  1. You know what? I don't think I've tried anything with hemp in it. I wonder if I would like the flavor?

  7. Great article. Nice work! I have never tried hemp milk, but maybe when I am in the states in a few weeks I will. Reminds me I must try my quinoa milk. I guess that is on the list for the weekend.

  10. I'm a huge hemp fan but skeptical of faux milks unless i smoothies. Are they all added flavors to cover up the orginal taste? Glad you're feeling better too. Come add your 2 "granola" cents at Foodtrainers.
