Top Five Ways I Keep My Heart Pumping!
If you've never tried Tempt Hemp milk (made by Living Harvest), you must (and I'm not just saying that because they sent me free coupons to try their product.) It's just so creamy, rich, and delicious. In fact, I sometimes use hemp oil for dressings and to marinate meats/poultry. I enjoy the unique flavor and of course the essential fatty acids are an added bonus.

You know what? I don't think I've tried anything with hemp in it. I wonder if I would like the flavor?
ReplyDeleteI've never tried hemp milk. I'll have to give it a try! :-)

ReplyDeleteGreat article. Nice work! I have never tried hemp milk, but maybe when I am in the states in a few weeks I will. Reminds me I must try my quinoa milk. I guess that is on the list for the weekend.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous article, Gina! I agree with it all, wooo! :) Especially fat as a friend!
ReplyDeleteI love trying new milks and kind of have a thing for hemp... In the form of hemp protein and hulled seeds of course :)
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge hemp fan but skeptical of faux milks unless i smoothies. Are they all added flavors to cover up the orginal taste? Glad you're feeling better too. Come add your 2 "granola" cents at Foodtrainers.
ReplyDeleteIt's important to always take care of our hearts to keep them pumping. We all know that their major role is to give fresh blood for our whole body.
